Anxiety II: A THEORY THAT DEFINE AND INDIVIDUAL

Anxiety is a feeling of unease such as worry or fear that can be mild or severe, at a point in the life of everyone. Feeling anxious can result in one way or the other either by setting for an exam or learning something new. And depression is a sad, low self-esteem.  Some people feel this way from time to time which affects cts the physical and mental state of an individual.
According to my understanding, Anxiety is that feeling that try to stop you from
going further or achieving your goals due to fear of failing. Which give that awkward feeling of confusion and depression is not having the zeal to carry-on.

Living a life of anxiety is a norm, everyone in a particular time in their life needs to deal with it in one way or the other.
For me it wasn't different.  After my high school, I wanted to get a job so that I can earn few bucks. At the beginning it seems easy, getting to wakeup very early in the morning and get ready for work but after a few days at work I began feeling anxious because it was like I wasn't getting anything, I waste materials which were ment for the job did like a thousand mistakes a day but yet I never gave up although there was a time I wanted to buy due to the encouragement by people around me gave me the courage to carry on. After a few months at my place of work I later understood the job and I began doing fine. At this point I wasn't anxious anymore because I have conquer that fear of anxiety and am putting this code in everything I do. According to Dorothy M. Neddermeyer "Life is ten percent what you experience and ninety percent how you respond to it." this tells us how important it it to have a code to live by no matter how anxious one can be.
According to James Lincoln Collier  "Even as children  we  discover this when we  try  to expand ourselves by, say, learning  to ride  a bike or  going  out for the  school play.  Later  in life  we  get butterflies when  we  think about having that first child, or uprooting  the family  from the  old hometown to find a  better  opportunity halfway  across the  country.  Any  time, it seems, that we  set out aggressively  to  get something  we want, we  meet up with anxiety. And it’s  going  to  be  our traveling  companion, at least part of the way, into any  new venture." Anxiety is not just limited to a certain age it occurs in every age the fact is how we approach.
Handling anxiety is what shape us or what makes us having the intention and job to do what we love or intended doing will reduce the intensity of fear or anxiety which we all face at the beginning of ourself development, sometimes the we wavered looking like we are confused, the plan truth is that we are but having this zeal and understanding what we are good at and understanding ourselves will give us a positive edge over anxiety and prevent us from being depressed. In the article by James Lincoln Collier He said "I  went on doing  those frightening  interviews, and  one  day, as  I  was  getting  onto a plane  for Washington to interview  columnist Joseph  Alsop, I  suddenly realized to my  astonishment that  I was looking  forward to the meeting. What had happened to those  butterflies? "
This shows that a certain time in one's life when one has being in a state of anxiety for a long time, he develop a a kind of shield between himself and anxiety making one the master and having total control of one's self.
Anxiety and depression is not something that is cured with drugs or being on medication, it is cured with the positive change in the way we think, our perspective about things that often make us anxious. As James Lincoln Collier stated " I was doing  some writing  about music. And one  person  I  particularly  admired  was the great composer Duke  Ellington. On stage  and  on television, he  seemed  the very  model of  the confident, sophisticated  man of  the world. Then  I learned that Ellington still got stage  fright.  If the highly  honored  Duke  Ellingto
