With Mad Max winning the most award last night by scooping up the Best Film Editing, Best Sound Mixing, Best Costume Design, Best Sound Editing, Best Production Design and Best Makeup and Hairstyling at the 88th annual academy awards, at the Dolby theater on Hollywood, Leonardo DiCaprio finally wins his dream Oscar award, as Chris rock also did not disappoint in hosting too.

kanye west stops fight between photographers

Mr West the Peacemaker! The 38 year old rapper played peacemaker when he broke up a fight between two photographers at the Los Angeles airport on Friday.
Kanye was mobbed by fans when he touched down at the busy terminal. He was all smiles until he noticed two photographers pushing each other. Both men got into a heated altercation and attempted to snatch one another’s camera equipment.
As soon as he noticed, he quickly stepped in to break up the scuffle and did so by restraining one of the photographers. The photographer graciously thanked Kanye with a huge hug.

Senator Ben Bruce’s 60th birthday celebration was held last night at Eko hotel and suites, and almost all the known popular celebrities were in attendance at the event. Present at the event includes Ayuba, Don Jazzy, Toke Makinwa, Wizkid, Reekado Banks, Dr Sid, Dele Momodu ,2Baba, D’banj, M.I, Timi Dakola, Bovi. Some of the celebrities in attendance were able to deliver a performance at the event.
The celebration also had some top politiciains in attendance including Nuhu Ribadu, Peter Obi and others. Senator Ben Bruce who was happy with the performances of all the artistes took to his Twitter page and thanked all of them.
‘I thank all the artistes who performed at #BenBruceAt60. They all performed for free. I did not pay a dime. I feel so loved age honored’, he wrote.
